SOUTH BURR OAK CEMETERY

Section 36, Richfield Township, at 1st Drive and County Trunk G, Adams Co. WI

Transcribed by Gordon and Mary Lee Klaus in August 2006, photos by Joan Benner Oct 2003

Location: South Burr Oak Cemetery is located in Section 36 in Richfield Township, Adams County, Wisconsin. It is located
at the junction of 1st Drive and County Highway G, about 2 ½ miles south of Wisconsin State Highway 21 and about 1/3 of
a mile north of the junction of County Highways G and J. Gordon and Mary Lee Klaus transcribed this cemetery in August
of 2006. This cemetery was not set up in a true east/west direction; therefore some of the headstones/graves are slightly
turned so that the head of the graves are in a true westerly direction. This caused some of the rows, especially in the
south section to run at an angle. Click here to see the cemetery sign. If you have more names to add or can help transcribe
a cemetery, please contact Joan, the Adams pages coordinator.
