Leroy Springer Duncan (1890-1970) and his wife Hazel S. (Brandt) Duncan (1895-1963).  Springer and Hazel were farmers  who relocated to Maple Plain Township from Sangamon County, IL.  They were the parents of Helen, Beulah, and Norman.  They were residing in Maple Plain by at least 1918, when Springer registered for the WWI draft. Their family appears in the 1920 and 1930 census returns of Maple Plain.  The photo was taken ca 1937. Donated by Susan Monaghan
