"Former Resident Dies in Wisconsin---Rice Lake, Wis.---David O. Bussie, 85, a former Gary resident, died early today at St. Joseph Hospital here.  Funeral arrangements have not been made.
Bussie left Gary for Rice Lake following retirement from the Locomotive Shop of U.S. Steel.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Blanche Morton of Gary and sons Emile of Highland and Walter of Hobart."

"David Bussie Rites Held Here Saturday---David Bussie, 84, of 123 W. Stout st., Rice Lake, died at a local hospital Sept. 13 after a lengthy illness.  Funeral services were held Saturday morning from St. Joseph's Catholic Church with Rev. Arthur Weber officiating and burial was made in the church cemetery.
Mr. Bussie, a boilermaker for many years at Gary, Ind. had come to Rice Lake to retire in 1947.  He was born in New Hampshire June 5, 1879.  Survivors include two sons, Emil of Highland, Ind., Walter of Hobart, Ind., and one daughter, Mrs. Clare Morton of Gary."
