Obit for Eva Guay Carlson from the Rice Lake Chronotype, 30 Sep 1925:
"Mrs. Henry Carlson---Mrs. Henry Carlson died at her home in Rice Lake this morning of anemia, aged 36 years, 8 months and 28 days.  She was a daughter of Chas. Guay and was born here Jan. 2, 1889.  Besides the husband there survive three children: Ray 17, Clifford 15 and Alice 12;  her father, three sisters and one brother.
The funeral services will be held at St. Joseph's Catholic church Saturday morning at 9 o'clock, Rev. A.J. Van Helden officiating.  A more extended obituary notice will appear next week."

Second Obit from Rice Lake Chronotype, 07 Oct 1925:
"The funeral of the late Mrs. Henry Carlson was held Saturday morning at 9 o'clock at St. Joseph's Catholic church, Rev. A. J. Van Helden officiating at requiem Mass.
Mrs. Carlson was born Eva Guay, daughter of Charles Guay, and was in her thirty-seventh year when taken by untimely death.  Besides the husband and three children, Ray, Clifford and Alice, and her father, there are survive three sisters, Mrs. Dave Bussie, of Chisholm, Minn., Anne of Minneapolis and Leda of Rice Lake, and one brother, Joseph, of this city.  Others here for the funeral were Tom Boury and family of Winter, Joe Carlson of Pewaukee, Dave Carlson of New York and Oscar Carlson of Milwaukee."
