CHASE, Ezra Weed - WI Heavy Artillerty Co F PVT born 01/07/1827 NY died 10/26/1878 Chippewa Co., WI. Enlisted Portage WI and entered service 09/13/1864 as a private:1st WI Heavy Artillerty Co F. 1 year enlistment and discharged 06/26/1865. COLTRIE/COLTRIN, Andrew Jackson - 10th Btry WI. Died in Nashville TN of chronic diarrhea on June 1, 1863, buried in College Hill National Cemetery in Nashville. COLTRIE/COLTRIN, Oliver Ludlow - 10th Btry WI, d. Jan 23, 1863 in Nashville, TN of lockjaw, buried in College Hill National Cemetery in Nashville. DAVIS, Benjamin Roe - Co. H 16th IL Infantry. HANNAN, Patrick - 12th & 25th Vol. Inf., PVT. 3 Jan 1864 mustered out 16 July 1865 Louisville, KY. LENT, Simeon F. - Company K, 25th Wisconsin Infantry. Born: 1843, Died: April 26, 1925, Buried in Sterling Colorado. McCARTY, Florence - 10th Btry WI Lt Arty, CORP. Entered service Feb.17, 1862 from Eau Claire, WI. Wounded Red Oak Station GA; right arm amputated; mustered out April 20, 1865. D: of pulominary tuberculosis on Nov. 23, 1883 in Siegel, Chippewa Co. Buried in Brooklawn Cemetery, Cadott, Chippewa Co. MERNEY, James - Company H, 17th Regiment Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry, PVT. Showed Chippewa Falls as mailing address on muster rolls. Mustered in 10 Oct 1864 in La Crosse; discharged 30 May 1865. Hospitalized during battle at Goldsboro, NC for "partial paralysis of lower extremities" followed by the "bloody flux" died 1900 La Grande, Oregon. TREAT, Lenard Wells - 3rd Wi Lt Arty. Served under adopted name LUSTED. WELLS, Romanzo - Co. E 1st NY Dragoons, PVT. 1863-1865 prisoner at Libby Prison-Richmond, Va. Captured at the Battle of Charlottsville. |
