Anna M. Toutant - Wife of Ludger Beaudin

Mrs. Ludger Beaudin, age 72, passed away suddenly at 12:45 o'clock Tuesday afternoon at her home in Boyd. Mrs. Beaudin had been in poor health for some time and her unexpected death from a heart attack was a shock to her family and many friends.

Anna Toutant was born at Pike Lake on March 3, 1881, and she had lived in Chippewa county all of her life. She was married to Ludger Beaudin on June 23, 1908 at Holy Ghost Chruch in Chippewa Falls. Surviving are her husband, one brother, Emil of Palmetto, Florida, two sisters, Mrs. John Dietzler of Cadott, and Mrs. Frank Bernier of Chippewa Falls, and several nieces and nephews.

The Beaudins' owned and operated a farm in the town of Colburn for many years, after their retirement they resided in Chippewa Falls for about a year when they moved back to Boyd.

The remains will lie in state at the Supple Funeral Home in Boyd from Wednesday evening until the time of the services. Funeral services to be held Friday morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Joseph's Catholic church with Monsignor Hilary A. Leuther officiating. Interment will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery, Boyd, Wisconsin.

Mrs. Beaudin was a member of St. Elizabeth's Society of St Joseph's church. The group will recite the rosary at 8 o'clock Thursday night at the funeral chapel. The parish rosary will be at 8:30 the same night.
