STELLA KATKE

Stella Katke born May 4, 1904 in Thorp, Wisconsin to Lawrence and Eleanora (Mushell) Selleski, she died February 18, 2002 in Gresham, Oregon at the age of 97. Committal service will take place at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier, CA .

Stella married Edwin A. Katke in May of 1926 in Chicago, Illinois. She worked for Sears Catalog Shipping, and was a Telephone Operator during her working career. She had lived in the Portland, Oregon area since 1995.

Stella is preceded in death by her husband who died in 1980. She is survived by her three daughters; Lorraine Geraci of Turner, OR, Marlene Wilcks of Boring, OR, and Patricia Snell Russell of Panama City, FL. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Arrangements are under the direction of Bqteman Carroll Funeral Chapel of Gresham, Oregon
