CHASE (firm of MOULTON & CHASE, contractors and builders); born in 1834, in Philadelphia, Penn.; learned his trade in Philadelphia; came to Madison in 1855, and has never slept a night outside the State of Wisconsin since that date. Was married in 1857 to Miss Helen M. LARKIN, daughter of Jonathan LARKIN, an early pioneer, and for one term Treasurer of Wisconsin Territory; has four children, all at home; residence just outside the west limits of the city; partner for the last five years of H.
