Historical Company, Chicago, 1880, page 1008 GEORGE C. KOLLOCK, surgeon dentist; born near Waukesha, in Waukesha Co., Wis., July 7, 1855. Son of William E. and Ann (HUNTER) KOLLOCK. Father was born in New Brunswick, Maine and is now a resident of Peabody, Kan. Mother was a native of England; she died in the town of Montrose, Dane Co., Wis., in January 1876. When George C. was only about 6 months old his parents came to Montrose. In May 1875, he commenced working at the dental business in Evansville.
