These records contain the family history of Bezaleel Spencer, Jr., born 16 April 1826 in Greenwich, Washington Co. NY. He was the son of Bezaleel Spencer and Lovina Johnson Smith. When he was 6 months of age, his father was killed, and his mother later married Joseph Watson, and his bible reflects the data of his blended family. When a young man, Bezaleel Spencer Jr, and his brother Elijah, settled in the township of Byron, Fond du Lac county, Wisconsin, where they established their farms and raised their families. This bible record was contributed by Joel Germond, a descendant of Bezaleel.
