George Banker, Fort, Succumbs; Rites Wednesday

 

   Fort Atkinson - (Special) George Banker, 83, 309 Foster Street, died at his home of apoplexy, He was ill 11 days.

   He was born in the town of Aztalan on October 19, 1856, the son of Mr and Mrs Paul Banker. He has lived in Fort Atkinson for three years. On September 20, 1890, he married Anna Langhoff.

   Surviving are his wife, one daughter, Mildred, who is the city nurse at Oconomowoc and one son Paul; two grandchildren and two brothers, William and Charles of Jefferson.

   Mr Banker was a well known dairy farmer in Jefferson County for 50 years.

   Funeral services will be held on Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the home with the Rev. Earl Allen officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery
