Henry Hoffman, 82, of 3 N 4th st, Fort Atkinson, died at 10 p.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson County Hospital after a heart attack.

   He was born April 5 1866, in the town of Sullivan. For a number of years, he was watchman at the railroad Crossing on North Main Street in Fort Atkinson, and was also a former Creamery Package Co employee here. He was married to Lisetta Langholff on Oct 12 1897. he was a member of St Paul's Lutheran Church.

   Survivors are the widow; two daughters, Thelma, at home, and Mrs E. E. Sheldon, Buffalo, Wyoming.; two sisters, Mrs Louise Kilps and Mrs Julia Marquart, Milwaukee, and one brother, Leonard, also of Milwaukee.

   Funeral services are pending at the Nitardy funeral Home
