JEFFERSON- Marie H. Reichert, 79, of Jefferson died Friday, 29 March 1996 at Fort Atkinson Memorial Health Services. A funeral service will be held Wednesday at 1 p.m. at the Nitardy Funeral Home in Fort Atkinson with the Rev Richard Lauersdorf officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Fort Atkinson. She was born 19 April 1916 in Hebron, the daughter of Theodore and Helena (Luedtke) Westphal. On 12 October 1940 she married Rudolph Reichert at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Fort Atkinson. He preceded her in death on 23 September 1988. She was a receptionist for Dr Greusen and Mallow from the late 1940's to 1960 and then worked in Schweiger's office in Production Control from 1961 to 1978. She was a 1934 graduate of Fort Atkinson High School and attended Whitewater State Teacher College from 1934 to 1936. A member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Jefferson, she was a past member of St. John's Eunice Society. She was a member of the Lakeside Lutheran Ladies Guild and was volunteer at Bethesda Lutheran Home and Thrift Shop in Watertown. Survivors include two daughters, Marcia Wintermute of Fort Atkinson and Mary Reichert of Watertown
