Ruth Langholff

                         nee Talcott

 

   Mrs Ruth M. Langholff, 65, of 1120 S Main St, Fort Atkinson, died Thursday at Memorial Hospital here after a long illness.

   The former Ruth M Talcott was born in Fort Atkinson Sept 8 1915, the daughter of Newell and Agnes Jackson Talcott. Her marriage to Ernest O Langholff took place here June 6 1942. He died Feb 21 1964

   A lifelong area resident, she was a retired employee of Johnson Hill Press Inc.

   Mrs Langholff was a member of St Pauls Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid, Daughters of Grand Army of the Republic and Memorial Hospital Auxillary. She served as President of the local Thrift Shop organization.

   Survivors include a son, William E, Fort Atkinson; tow daughters, Mary E Langholff, Green Bay, and Catherine R Langholff, Fort Atkinson; her mohter, Mrs Agnes Talcott, Fort Atkinson; two sisters, Grace Hulbert, Appleton, and Helen Glesson, Muskego and nieces and nephews. A son also preceeded her in death.

  Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at St Paul's Church, the Rev. Robert H Hoeneeke officiating. Burial will be in Lake View Cemetery. Friends may call at the Dunlap Memorial Home after 7 p.m. Sunday and at the church after 12:30 p.m. Monday
