No idea where in Outagamie county this place is but it was in same batch as others I have so can't haphazard the guess as either in Appleton or Stephensville or Hortonville. You can check around and find where it was located.

I used scanner to get a read of the sign on the building and it was St. Mary's Hospital.

Based on the trees planted around the hospital - it would appears to have been built within 10 years of those plantings. 1910.
