KRAKELOW, KREKLOW posted by Rebel L. Kreklow on Sunday, June 15, 1997
Seeking connection to KREKLOW family in Outagamie County. My GGGrandfather Wilhem Ludwig KREKLOW died in Jefferson County in December 1904. One of his brothers (name unknown) who attended the funeral was from/near the New London area. This brother apparently had two sons, Herman KREKLOW born July 12, 1874 and died March 10, 1949. There is no record of the other son. The 1875 Wisconsin State Census lists a Charles KRAKELOW (an often used misspelling of KREKLOW) residing in Liberty, Outagamie County. Is this the connection I am looking for? Any information regarding this family, or other KREKLOW familes in Outagamie County would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
