Boy Scouts of AmericaRock County, WisconsinThe Sinnissippi Council used to include all of Rock County, portions of southern Jefferson County and western Walworth County in south central Wisconsin, as well as northern Winnebago and Boone Counties in Illinois. Within Rock County, the Arrowhead District encompassed Beloit while the Koshkonong District encompassed Edgerton, Evansville, Janesville and Milton. As of January 1, 2007, Rock County (and most of southern Wisconsin) became part of the Glacier's Edge Council. The Arrowhead and Koshkonong district merged to form the Indian Trails District which covers the majority of Rock County. The Southern Lakes District serves communities in Walworth and Jefferson counties as well as Clinton in Rock County. Camp Indian Trails on North River Road (north of Janesville, off of Hwy. 14) is Rock County's sole Boy Scout Camp. |
