CRANEY, Grace E.
Born at Hawkins, Wisconsin, January 4, 1896. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Craney, Glen Flora, Wisconsin. Enlisted at Minneapolis, Minnesota September 1, 1918. Assigned to duty at Fort Snelling, Minnesota. Transferred to Unit No. 78 and sent to Nurses Mobilization Station at New York. Equipped for overseas service and sent to Hoboken, recalled due to signing of armistice. Stayed in New York for two months, then went to hospital in Army Supply at Bush Terminal, Brooklyn. Transferred to U.S. General Hospital No. 10 at Boston. Transferred to U.S. General Hospital No. 29, Fort Snelling, Minnesota, from there to duty at U.S. General Hospital No. 42, at Camp Wadsworth, South Carolina. Mustered out October, 1919.

HADDEN, Frances G.
Born at Riverton, Nebraska. She was the daughter of Amzi A. and Mary Hadden, Ladysmith, Wisconsin. Enlisted at Ladysmith, Wisconsin October 1, 1918, assigned to duty at General Hospital No. 14, Fort Oglethorpe, Georgia. Was on duty in the eye nose and throat department of operation room. Went on duty in the Flu ward, took sick after two weeks, and was later operated on for nose trouble resulting from the Flu. Mustered out May 1, 1919.
