As stated under the Raynor
school this building was erected (C. C. Brown doing the carpenter work)
during the spring of 1888 on the public highway a few rods above the residence
of Henry Crawford. Its exact location being ½ acre near the
center - east and west - on the north side of the road - lot 3, Section
3-38-6. This school has been maintained for the benefit of the families
of Alfred Raynor, Archie Moore, Adolph Lessard and Henry Crawford.
