Biography

Ulrich, Herman president and manager of the Hemlock Resort Co., located on Catfish Lake in Vilas County, was born in Germany September 4, 1859. He came to American in 1878 and for 15 years was engaged in the restaurant business in Chicago. In 1910 he came to Vilas County and entered into the summer resort business, in which he is now engaged. In 1889 he was married to Jensive HANSON. Mr. ULRICH is a member of Lessing Lodge, A. F. & A. M. of Chicago.
