To the Board of Trustees of the Asylum for Chronic Insane of Waupaca County, Weyauwega, Wisconsin: Gentlemen: I herewith present for your consideration 
my second annual report up to and including June 30, 1904, it being the second annual report I have had the pleasure of submitting to your Board as 
Superintendent of the Waupaca County Insane Asylum.
