Mrs. A. Niemuth Buried Today
Mrs. Anna Niemuth, 82, of Helvetia, mother of Walter Niemuth of
Rhinelander, died at the home of her son Leo on Tuesday afternoon after
a two weeks illness.
She was born in Germany Oct. 4, 1864, and came to the United States at
the age of 22. Most of her life was spent in the Wolf River district in
Waupaca County.
She is survived by seven sons, Henry, of Barton, Otto, of Marion, Frank
of Fremont, Emil of Neenah, Harry, of Ogdensburg, Walter of Rhinelander
and Lo of Waupaca; three daughters, Mrs. Herman Hoffemieister, of
Antigo, Mrs. Albert Koepp, of Fremont, and Mrs." Ralph Gertsch, of
Appleton, one sister, Mrs. Albert Kopitzke, of Baldwin Mills.
Funeral services were held at the Bammel Funeral Home in Waupaca at 1:15
o'clock today and in the Zion Lutheran Church at Manawa at 2 p. m.
Burial was in Baldwin Mills cemetery. Mr. and Mrs. Walter Niemuth, of
Rhinelander the funeral.

Deceased Name: Niemuth, Evelyn F.
Niemuth, Evelyn F. (Nee Zahnow) Of Milwaukee, formerly of Fremont, was
reunited with her husband on Monday, March 3, 2008, at the age 87.
Beloved wife of the late Vernon Niemuth. Loving sister of Mertice (the
late Leonard), Wilfred (Leona), Deloris (the late Vern), Elaine (the
late Henry), Donna (LuVerne), LouAnn (Ray). Stepmother of Erna Mae
(Ray), Marlene and David (Sandee). Special aunt of numerous nieces,
nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her
siblings Vivian, Eugene, Norman and Doris. Visitation at the FUNERAL
HOME Sunday, March 9, 2008, 1-3 PM. Funeral service 3 PM. Interment

Birth:
May 22, 1917Death: Apr. 7, 2010 Age 92, of Waupaca, formerly of the Town
of Royalton passed away Wednesday April 7, 2010 at Bethany Home in
Waupaca. She was born May 22, 1917 in the Town of Royalton, daughter of
the late Henry and Martha (Stiebs) Seelig. She was married on September
18, 1935 to Herbert Draheim who preceded her in death July 29, 1975.
Gert was a lifelong member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Weyauwega, WI
where she was baptized and confirmed. For many years she was active in
sewing quilts for church missions. She loved playing games of all kinds,
particularly cards, and she enjoyed attending card parties that are held
around the area. Gert was also passionate about fishing and gardening.
She lived in the Town of Royalton most of her life until moving to an
apartment in Waupaca November 1, 1993. She was presently a resident of
Bethany Home in Waupaca. Survivors include her son: Gerald (Sandy)
Draheim, Grand Haven, MI; a grandson: Andy (Shanna) Draheim and three
great-grandchildren, Joseph and twins Abigail and Jillian Draheim of
East Lansing, MI; her sister: Anita Schroeder, Waupaca, WI, other
relatives and friends. Besides her parents and husband she was preceded
in death by an infant daughter and her sister, Dorothy Domke of Waupaca.
The funeral service for Gert will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 15,
2010 at St. John's Lutheran Church, N3882 County Rd. KK, Weyauwega, WI
with Rev. Jennifer Czarnota, interim pastor of the church will officiate
Burial will be in the Baldwins Mill Cemetery.

Gary D. Janke
Gary Daniel Janke, 46, Milwaukee, brother of a Plover woman, died
Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011, at Lifecare Hospitals of Wisconsin in Pewaukee,
following a battle with multiple sclerosis.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, at
Cline-Hanson-Dahlke Funeral Home in Manawa, with the Revs. Jeffrey
Smiles and Larry Hauser officiating. Burial will be in Baldwins Mill
Cemetery in the town of Royalton.
Visitation will be at the funeral home from 10 a.m. Tuesday until the
service.

Mr. Janke was born Aug. 16, 1965, in New London, a son of Leo and Rose
Janke. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Mark Lutheran Church in
Symco. He graduated from Little Wolf High School in Manawa in 1984.
Survivors include his parents; three sisters, Karen (Joe) Holman,
Plover, and Terri (Jeff Kent), Iola, and Tammy Dunkel, Appleton; one
brother, Ben (friend Sue Fisher), Ogdensburg; and his caregivers of
more than 20 years, Maxine and Clarine Hunt, Milwaukee.
