Home for the Feeble Minded, Northern Hospital for the Insane, Wisconsin
Industrial School for Boys, Wisconsin Tuberculosis Sanitarium, Waupaca
County Asylum, or the insane asylums of various surrounding
counties. The statements were filed by the superintendents of the
institutions with the county clerk and the State Board of Supervision of
Wisconsin Charitable, Reformatory and Penal Institutions and after 1891,
with its successor, the State Board of Control. Each shows the inmate's
name, time cared for during the year, expenses for board and clothing, and
