D. 1,Grafton, Wis.; entered service at Port Washington, Wis., October 22, 1918; member4th U. S. Coast Artillery; rank, private; trained at Camp Nichols, La., and CampJackson, La. Honorably discharged at Camp Dodge, Ia., December 17, 1918.

OPPERMANN, PHILLIP, born in Milwaukee, Wis., September 29, 1896; son of Henryand Emelia (Plamer) Oppermann; lives Fredonia, wis., entered service at PortWashington, Wis., October 22, 1918; member Supply Company, Recruit Depot, 101stDivision; trained at Camp Shelby, Hattiesburg, Miss. Honorably discharged at CampShelby, Miss, May 3, 1919.
