Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery

Rhinelander , Oneida County WI
insert location

Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Cemetery is also known as St. Mary’s/St. Joseph’s Catholic Cemetery on Lincoln Street in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

The walk through and data gathering was completed in 1998 by the Northwoods Genealogy Society; Joy Vancos created the document by Section and Row in the cemetery; in 2017 Susan Swanson took the original format and created an alphabetical listing by surname. Also in 2017 a walk through was done to complete some information on headstones in 1998. Be mindful these documents were created from information in the cemetery as of October 1998. No additional burials since 1998 have been added to these documents.

You will find a map of the cemetery to assist you in finding the Section and Row of the grave site. It is our hope that people will find this information helpful.

Nativity of Our Lord Cemetery also known as St. Mary’s/St. Josephs Cemetery is located on Lincoln St. in Rhinelander, Wisconsin.

Burials 1997 through 2017

This database is by burial date for St. Mary’s Old Cemetery, St. Mary’s Cemetery, and St. Joseph’s Cemetery. There is a map of St. Mary’s, a map of St. Mary’s Old (located in the South West corner of St. Mary’s outlined in yellow), and St. Joseph’s Cemetery is a separate map. The St. Joseph Cemetery is located on the East side of St. Mary’s Cemetery. See Maps. Every effort has been made so you can find the grave site and/or direct you to the general area within the cemetery.

This information was taken from a handwritten document containing the cemetery name, name of person, date of burial, funeral home, veteran, block/lot/space and notes. Efforts have been taken to correctly transcribe the handwriting and list all the information from the original document. Our hope is you find this information helpful.
