A couple weeks ago I received a phone call from a local genealogist, Germaine, who asked if I would like to know about a cemtery that was not on my list of Abandoned, Lost or Forgotten Cemeteries. I didn't have to think twice, my response was 'show me". A few days later my sister Jill & I joined Germaine on our quest. We were blessed with the assistance of a long time resident of the area, Edna Ponka, who met us at the Junction of County B and Max Road, and from there guided us into the Wolfgram cemetery. We then visited "St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. A Polish Pioneer Cemetery" on Max Road in the community of Jennings. This cemetery had been in almost the same poor condition as Wolfgram up to a few years ago but has been cleaned up and white crosses placed on unmarked graves. Next on our list was the "Schoepke Cemetery" on Hwy 45 across from Pelican Lake.
